Italy Votes 'No' in Referendum, Projections Indicate
ROME-Projections late Sunday indicated that Italian voters have rejected proposed constitutional changes, in what would be a stinging rebuke to the country's prime minister and a victory for populists in the heartland of Europe. Mr. Renzi has pledged to step down in the event of a loss.
