Mr. Lawrence E. Auriana was a Senior Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of Kaufmann Growth Equity Team at Federated Investors, Inc. Mr. Auriana served as a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Federated Global Investment Management Corp. He joined Federated Investors, Inc in 2001 and is responsible for portfolio management and research in the small/mid cap growth equity area. Previously, Mr. Auriana served as the Secretary of Mediware Information Systems Inc. From August 1984 to April 2001, he served as the President and Treasurer at Edgemont Asset Management Corp. Mr. Auriana has been engaged in the securities business since 1965. He also served as the Chairman and Co-Portfolio Manager at Edgemont Asset Management Co. Mr. Auriana served as an Investment Analyst at General Reinsurance Corporation and as a Special Situation Research Associate at Hans Utsch & Co. He has been a Wall Street Analyst, Money Manager, and Venture Capitalist for many years.
